Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website at https://evrai.app or the Evrai dashboard application at dashboard.evrai.app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Evrai Software Systems Inc. ("Evrai," "we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

The Service is provided for lawful personal and commercial analytics use only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automate access to the Service in ways that degrade its performance
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure

Evrai offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription at $29/month. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by applicable law.

Credits (compute runs) purchased as top-ups are non-refundable once issued. Monthly plan credits roll over but expire if unused for 90 days. Top-up credits do not expire.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Kalshi and Polymarket. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party platform.

By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Evrai to access and store data from that account solely to provide the Service features you have enabled.

All content, software, algorithms, branding, and design elements of the Service are the property of Evrai Software Systems Inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted here.

Your betting records and personal data remain yours. By using the Service, you grant Evrai a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Evrai does not guarantee the accuracy of CLV calculations, Kelly recommendations, or any other analytics output. All analytics are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or gambling advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and wagering decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evrai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Evrai in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evrai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7–10 and 12 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property matters.
