Refund Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how Evrai Software Systems Inc. ("Evrai," "we," "our," or "us") issues refunds for purchases made through our website at evrai.app and our dashboard application at dashboard.evrai.app (collectively, the "Service"). It applies to all paid subscriptions and credit top-ups purchased directly from Evrai.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service govern, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain full access until then.

We do not issue refunds or credits for partial months, unused portions of a billing period, or forgotten cancellations, except where required by applicable law.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans include a 7-day refund window from the initial purchase (or annual renewal) date. If you request a refund within 7 days and have used fewer than 25 credits during the current annual term, we will refund the full amount charged.

After the 7-day window, or if more than 25 credits have been used, annual plans are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. billing errors or documented inability to access the Service), we may issue a prorated refund at our discretion.

4. Credit Top-Ups

Credit top-ups are one-time purchases of additional compute credits that supplement your subscription. Top-up credits do not expire and remain on your account indefinitely.

Top-ups are non-refundable once the credits have been issued to your account. The only exception is a failed delivery — if credits were not applied to your account due to a technical error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or credit adjustment.

5. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, or a charge was made without your authorization, we will issue a full refund of the duplicate or unauthorized amount. Contact us within 60 days of the charge with your account email and the transaction date so we can locate and reverse the charge.

6. Service Outages

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and does not include a formal uptime SLA or automatic outage credits. We do not issue refunds for brief interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or downstream outages at third-party providers (e.g. Kalshi, Polymarket, or sportsbook data feeds).

In the case of an extended outage that materially prevents you from using the Service, we may issue discretionary service credits on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to [email protected] with the dates and duration affected.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 60 days before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing issues can be resolved directly and faster than a chargeback dispute.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us — or filed for charges that reflect services actually delivered — may be disputed with the card network and can result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the associated account. Fraudulent chargebacks may also be referred for further action.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with:

  • The email address associated with your Evrai account
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the request

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

9. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or waives any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Residents of the European Union and United Kingdom, for example, may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, subject to the conditions set out in local law. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the terms above.
